The Mission Statement

My mission is to help people improve their physical capacity so that they are stronger in an everyday life that is often unpredictable and demanding. Training is not just about getting in better shape, but about building a solid foundation that creates energy, resilience and action – both physically and mentally.

I see training as a tool for development. Through movement we learn to handle resistance, make better decisions and create progress over time. Often what feels most challenging is also what creates the greatest development – ​​and by working with the approach to build both strength, self-confidence and long-term results.

Meet Your Trainer

I am Julius Kristian Hindø, and I am passionate about training others – especially those who are also motivated to learn and develop. I have worked as a functional trainer since 2012 and have simultaneously pursued a career as a CrossFit athlete with international competition experience, both individually and on a team.

Over the years, I have been part of three different CrossFit departments, including as head coach of two of them. I have a Master of Science in Human Physiology from Aarhus University, which gives me a solid foundation to plan and adapt training to suit your level and goals.

That experience has shaped my approach to training – and is the foundation for the way I work with people today.

Currently I live in Aarhus with my girlfriend and our son and are enjoying this new chapter of our lives together.
