What I’m here to do is help you actually incorporate physical training into your and your colleagues life and stick with it. Once and for all.

What I Offer

I provide weekly on-site training sessions for teams of up to 15 people, tailored to your employees’ fitness levels and available facilities—indoors or outdoors.

Each session combines a variety of methods, including functional strength training, gymnastics, and conditioning. Exercises can be performed individually, with a partner, or in small teams of up to four participants.

Training in different setups brings unique benefits: working alone builds focus and personal discipline, partnering enhances accountability and cooperation, and small-team exercises foster adaptability and shared motivation. Experiencing all of these formats is key to balanced development.

We use a range of equipment—dumbbells, sandbags, drag ropes, slam balls, gymnastic rings—and the surrounding environment itself. This variety encourages self-reliance, mastery of bodyweight and external loads, and the ability to perform effectively both solo and as part of a team.

As your on-site trainer, my goal is to raise your team’s fitness level while promoting a healthier, more confident workplace culture. My approach is inclusive, ensuring employees of all abilities can participate, build confidence, and see measurable progress.

Fixed, Weekly Timeslots: Progress starts with consistency, and consistency starts with structure. Therefore, will the sessions be scheduled at the same time every week, keeping your colleagues accountable, building a habit, and ensuring steady progress.

Tailored Programs: Whether it’s once a week or more, I’ll create sustainable and exciting training designed to fit your schedule and deliver results that can be felt.
