1 WEEKLY SESSION

This programme is designed for one weekly session, making the most out of each rep, set, and exercise ensures progress, even with minimal time.
We focus on large, compound movements that target your full body in one effective session, delivering the best results per minute.
A single focused session a week fits into even the busiest routine and delivers real results.
It helps you build training into your lifestyle at a realistic pace, showing up and building momentum that lasts.
Do you want to train more often but still have one weekly sessions with me, I’ll plan your full week, with one session coached by me, and the rest completed independently at your own gym.
2 WEEKLY SESSIONS

Two weekly sessions are ideal for most people.
Training once a week is great, but two sessions accelerate results and make the most of your time. Research shows a significant efficiency jump from one to two weekly sessions, with noticeably faster progress compared to adding more sessions beyond that.
You’ll still follow a full-body program, but with two sessions per week, we can introduce more variety, ensuring each muscle or movement gets trained effectively.
This setup gives me more opportunities to fine-tune your form, coach the details, and push you further, leading to faster, more noticeable results.

3 WEEKLY SESSIONS
LEVEL UP FASTER 🚀

Training three times per week allows for more frequent practice of key lifts, which leads to faster technical improvements and strength development. You’ll feel momentum building week after week.
The most effective — but more time-consuming. Research shows that 3x/week programs deliver excellent results for both strength and hypertrophy. It’s more demanding on time, but if your calendar allows it, the returns can be worth it.
This training split offers focused attention across all major muscle groups and movement patterns throughout the week. It does require more planning, but when done right, you get the perfect mix of intensity, recovery, and variety.
The small things get dialed in quickly — which adds up to faster results.
