If you want to train more often but still have one weekly session with me, I’ll plan your full week, with one session coached by me, and the rest completed independently at your own gym.
2 WEEKLY SESSIONS

Two weekly sessions are ideal for most people.
Training once a week is great, but two sessions accelerate results and make the most of your time. Research shows a significant efficiency jump from one to two weekly sessions, with noticeably faster progress compared to adding more sessions beyond that.
You’ll still follow a full-body program, but with two sessions per week, we can introduce more variety, ensuring each muscle or movement gets trained effectively.
This setup gives me more opportunities to fine-tune your form, coach the details, and push you further, leading to faster, more noticeable results.

The training location is at Aarhus CrossFit, located centrally in Aarhus— just minutes from Dokk1 and the train station, and easily accessible by bike or car (free parking).
