Option 1 – Structured Training Program
A personalized training program tailored to your goals, built for self-driven people who want programming and steady progress without daily coaching. Delivered via Fitr with clear structure, video feedback, and the flexibility to add one-on-one sessions when needed.
You can choose between:
3 training sessions per week
– 500 kr./month
5 training sessions per week
– 750 kr./month
Option 2 – Full Coaching
A 100% customized program with ongoing adjustments, direct communication, and monthly video and in-person sessions. This option offers deeper support and a long-term collaboration to help you reach your full potential.
What?
A structured, custom-built training program tailored to your goals, needs, and schedule – but without the bells and whistles of full-on personal coaching.
This program is designed for the self-driven athlete who wants expert programming, clear structure, and steady progress without needing close daily supervision. It runs through Fitr, a user-friendly platform where you can log your sessions, track progress, and keep notes – all in one place.
You’ll follow a six-week training cycle with one or more specific focus areas. The structure is deliberately consistent – most sessions will feel familiar from week to week, which makes it easier for you to develop skill, strength, and confidence in key movements. Instead of constantly introducing new exercises, the goal is to give you time to improve the things that matter.
This standard program consists of three training sessions per week (500 kr./month). If you’d like a higher volume, you can choose five training sessions per week (750 kr./month).
Who?
This is for you if you want a high-quality, personlized training plan at a more affordable price point – and don’t need daily check-ins or one-on-one coaching to stay motivated.
Maybe you're already training regularly and just want a solid, progressive structure to follow. Or maybe you’re looking to build strength, improve conditioning, or address weak links in your training – with enough freedom to work independently.
If you ever feel stuck or want deeper input, you’re always welcome to book a one-on-one session at Aarhus CrossFit to sharpen your technique and increase the level of personalization.
How?
Step 1 – Start-Up Questionnaire:
Once you sign up, you'll complete a short intake form outlining your goals, training background, and availability. This gives me the necessary information to build your program.
Step 2 – Receive Program
Your first training cycle will be uploaded to Fitr within a week and will be built around a clear structure and progresses over six weeks with updates as needed.
Step 3 – Cycle Review & Forward Planning
After you’ve completed five weeks of training, I’ll reach out to review how the cycle has gone. We’ll look at what worked, what needs adjusting, and how we can shape the next six-week block to best support your development. You’re encouraged to log your sessions and leave comments along the way, so I have a strong foundation for that check-in.
Optional – One-on-One Sessions in Aarhus CrossFit
If you want more feedback or hands-on coaching, I recommend booking a one-on-one session at Aarhus CrossFit (not included in the price). These sessions are a great way to address technical issues or tailor your training more closely to your needs.
You can choose between:
30 minutes – 375 DKK - Ideal if you want to focus on a single movement or a very specific topic; before booking, it’s a good idea to check how much time is needed for your goal.
55 minutes – 650 DKK - Better suited if you want to cover several areas or go more in-depth.
